Anacon GmbH bietet eine unabhängige Beratung, individuelle Prozessoptimierung und Konzepte an, die Ihnen helfen, die organischen Reststoffe (z.B. aus Ihrem Betrieb) oder landwirtschaftliche Substrate zu einem wertvollen Energieträger (Biogas) erfolgreich zu konvertieren. In der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Forschungspartnern, stehen uns Labors und eine entsprechende analytische Ausrüstung zur Verfügung. Vor der praktischen Implementierung im Großmaßstab besteht die Möglichkeit, betreute Batch- und kontinuierliche Gärversuche im Labor- sowie Technikumsmaßstab durchzuführen.

In der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Industriepartnern bieten wir auch verschiedene Biogasanlagenkomponente inkl. Ersatzteile (Zündkerzen, Filter, Motoröle, Pumpen, Rührwerke usw.) und Zusatzmittel (z.B. Spurenelemente) an.

Před aplikací poznatků z výzkumných projektů do praxe, máme možnost jejich verifikace nejen v laboratorních pomínkách, ale i pilotní fázi (technikum).

Chemical analysis, consulting and products for anaerobic digestion

Anacon GmbH offers an independent consulting, optimizing of anaerobic digestion (AD) processes and individual concepts for converting your biodegradable residues and wastes to biogas. Biogas, a valuable energy source, can increase your independency on external energy suppliers and decrease your costs for waste treatment. For the achievement of this aims, we can offer our long-term experience gained from many successful projects.

We also offer consulting for AD plants. We investigate new substrates for biogas plants and carry out regular sample analysis to maintain a stable anaerobic digestion process. We also offer trouble-shooting when problems arise in the plant.

The interaction between digester engineering and chemical, physical and biological factors determines the stability of the microbiological process, so we always take the plant technical set-up into consideration. Our smart process management will ensure your success in the biogas production.
